“Legal Aid” attorney (+plus adding the city of an attorney’s office)
We came upon the culprit… Justia Legal Services!
It seems that Justia has designed their website with tab selections using the title with descriptions with the terms “Legal Aid & Services” which has allowed Justia to own most #1 rankings with these search terms in the search engines.

Example for a Houston Attorney - 
This is what you get as a top result on page 1 of Google when you enter:
 ”legal aid” houston attorney (or any other city)

or even without quotations :

Yes you do see a few of the intentional Legal Aid listings at the very top of the listings, but when you scroll down a little further – YOU SEE ALL ATTORNEY”S  LISTED!!

What these Justia searches are yielding is a whole lot of unnecessary calls from economically strapped folks that are desperately seeking free legal services , only to find out that these services cannot be met by certain attorneys at this time.

Just read our standard terms below,  we are pretty cut and dry when working with contract designers as it leaves no room for confusion or issues to arise at a later date. *This is not full time work, it is contract for hire on a project by project basis.  You must furnish files that are complete and in the proper format and resolution based on what we require for the project (see required file types here) . You must meet our deadlines for completing work assigned to you as deadlines are imperative to the overall team process and success of each project.
You will have the ability to bid on our projects , along with other designers. setxDigital will award the bids to the designer that
1) does not have schedule conflicts with meeting our set deadline for the project you bid on ( work – other job demands that may interfere during the project timeline, vacation planned, illness or scheduled medical care, etc)
2) your design eye or previous designs that you have shown us fit the style needed for our project
3) amount of bid you propose is fair or we feel is the best for the project budget
4) our clients must retain the rights to all creative you produce for them as you will be paid for your work.
5)  in your portfolio (web or other)  you must list setxDigital as the agency you provided the work for.
6) direct communication with our client is not acceptable unless setxDigital requests you to do so. We have a project manager that handles our clients and if you are ever requested to have any direct communication the project manager will outline the details and protocol for you to adhere to.
